Responsible for the picking of peas, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, summer squash, fall harvest of onions, winter squash, carrots, parsnips, Potatoes, and winter storage brassicas. Experienced members of this crew may assist with irrigation, remay, tunnel construction, and trellising of crops. As a certified organic farm, hand weeding takes up a substantial amount of time. This responsibility falls predominantly on members of the field crew.

Necessary Skills:
-Experience required
-Must have a good attitude and willingness to learn
-Must work well in a team and maintain focus when working independently
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly over the course of a day
